WARRANTY & RETURNS
GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Seller assumes no responsibility for improper installation or misuse of its products.
Installers are responsible for verifying correct installation and, if in doubt, should contact the manufacturer.
The Buyer is solely responsible for all manufacturer warranty issues.
— LIMITATION OF WARRANTY —
America Engine Parts & Diesel Injection SA de CV, doing business as America Engine Parts Distribution ("Seller"), provides a limited warranty regarding the description, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, productivity, or any other matter concerning the product.
- The Seller shall in no event be liable for the products, their use, or services. The Buyer waives all rights other than those expressly stated in writing in this document.
- This warranty shall not be extended, altered, or modified except by a written agreement signed by both the Buyer and the Seller.
- The warranty is limited to one (1) year from the date of sale.
- Electrical parts carry no warranty. For electric diesel injector coils (solenoids), claims will be reviewed with the Seller if the Buyer requests it.
- All products submitted for warranty must be returned with proof of purchase and/or invoice; without it, the warranty cannot be honored. Please include the original packaging if possible.
- All products will be inspected, repaired, or replaced at the Seller's sole discretion.
- Under no circumstances shall the Seller be responsible for labor time or travel related to diagnosing defects, removing or reinstalling the product, or any other expense incurred.
- In no event shall the Seller be liable for any damages or expenses arising from the use or sale of such equipment.
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON PARTS PURCHASED IN KITS.
IF THE BUYER DOES NOT AGREE
The Buyer may RETURN THE PRODUCT, IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE DATED NO MORE THAN TEN (10) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, FOR A FULL REFUND. INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
No warranty or refund will be issued if the unit is not returned to Eduardo Israel Masso Martinez, doing business as America Engine Parts Distribution. The warranty is valid ONLY for the original purchaser.
Injector Warranty – General
Returns are accepted within 30 days and must be in new condition and in the original boxes. ALL RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING COSTS AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
Injector Warranty – Specific
PurePower Technologies injectors: the warranty period will be stated on the invoice, with a minimum warranty of 13 months.
DPT injectors: limited to one (1) year from the date of sale in the USA, Canada, and Europe; 6 months in Mexico, Latin America, and other countries.

INFORMACIÓN DE GARANTÍA GENERAL
El vendedor no asume ninguna responsabilidad con respecto a la instalación inadecuada o mal uso de sus productos.
Es responsabilidad de los instaladores de comprobar la correcta instalación y en caso de duda póngase en contacto con el fabricante.
El comprador es el único responsable de todos los problemas de garantía del fabricante.
— LIMITACIÓN DE GARANTÍA —
America Engine Parts & Diesel Injection SA de CV con nombre comercial America Engine Parts Distribution ("Vendedor") da garantía limitada en cuanto a la descripción, calidad, comerciabilidad y adecuación para un propósito particular, la productividad, o cualquier otro asunto del producto.
— El Vendedor no será en ningún caso responsable de los productos, de uso y de servicios, el comprador renuncia a todo derecho que no sean los expresamente por escrito en el presente documento.
— Esta garantía no se extenderá, si se encuentra alterada o modificada a excepto de existir un escrito firmado por el comprador y el vendedor.
— La garantía está limitada a un (1) año desde la fecha de venta.
— Las partes eléctricas no tienen garantía, en caso de las bobinas para inyectores eléctricos Diesel el caso se verá con el vendedor si este es demandado por el comprador.
— Todos los productos que están en cuestión de garantía deben ser devueltos y deben estar acompañados por un comprobante de recibo de compra y/o factura, sin esto no se puede respetar la garantía. Si es posible mandar el empaque original.
— Todos los productos serán comprobados, reparados o reemplazadas a criterio exclusivo de los derechos del Vendedor.
— Bajo ninguna circunstancia el Vendedor será responsable por cualquier tiempo de trabajo o los viajes efectuados en el diagnóstico de los defectos, remoción o re-instalación del producto o cualquier otro gasto que se genere.
— En ningún caso el Vendedor será responsable de cualquier daño o gastos incurridos con motivo de la utilización o la venta de dicho equipamiento.
— NO HAY DEVOLUCIONES O REEMBOLSOS EN PIEZAS COMPRADAS EN KITS.
EN CASO DE QUE EL COMPRADOR NO ESTE ACUERDO:
El comprador puede DEVOLVER EL PRODUCTO, EN UN ESTADO nuevo y sin uso, CON UNA PRUEBA DE FECHA DE COMPRA NO MAYOR DE DIEZ (10) DÍAS A PARTIR DE LA FECHA DE COMPRA PARA UN REEMBOLSO COMPLETO.
LA INSTALACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO INDICA QUE EL COMPRADOR ha leído y entendido ESTE ACUERDO Y ACEPTA SUS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES.
No se emitirá ninguna garantía o reembolso si la unidad no se devuelve a Eduardo Israel Masso Martinez con nombre comercial America Engine Parts Distribution.
La garantía SÓLO es válida para el comprador original.
Información de garantía inyectores, general:
Las devoluciones se aceptan dentro de 30 días y deben estar en condiciones nuevas y cajas originales.
TODAS LAS DEVOLUCIONES SERÁN ACREDITADAS MENOS LOS GASTOS DE ENVÍO Y UNA TARIFA DE RE-STOCKING DEL 20%.
NO DEVOLUCIONES EN PIEZAS ELÉCTRICAS.
EL CLIENTE ES RESPONSABLE DEL COSTE DE ENVÍO DE DEVOLUCIÓN.
Información de garantía inyectores, especificas:
Inyectores PurePower Technologies: La fecha de duración de la garantía del inyector se especificará en la factura, garantía mínima de 13 meses.
Inyectores DPT: está limitada a un (1) año desde la fecha de venta en inyectores (USA, Canadá y Europa), 6 meses en México, América Latina y otros países.
